Offsite 3 Global Consent Form

At the start of the academic Term in September every student is given a white offsite global consent form. For new Year 7 students the form is in the welcome pack given out at the introduction evening.

This form MUST be completed every year. It gives your permission for your son /daughter to be taken off the school site for a trip which may be beneficial to their coursework, a PE fixture or for enrichment week/various activities. A consent form must be kept on file for every student.

Please make sure your son or daughter returns their form to Student Services at the Secure Cloakroom.
