Warden Park retains Investors in People Standard

Warden Park School has retained the prestigious Investors in People (IiP) Standard which is a national award that sets a level of good practice for all aspects of training and development of staff in order to achieve the goals of the organisation.  Retaining the Standard is one of the many strategies for achieving the objectives of the School Development Plan.

Head Teacher, Steve Johnson told the Leadership Team and Governors "I am delighted that we have retained the Investors in People Standard. This achievement reflects the tremendous effort and work of many colleagues who ensure that the leadership, management and development of all our staff is an ongoing priority and a strong feature of our culture at Warden Park.
